blog_080609_dblog_080609_cblog_080609_bSourdough is like comedy, in that the secret ingredient is TIMING! I thought it would be interesting to show the progression of what starts as just flour and water, and thanks to some microbes and naturally forming yeast in the air ends up as a bubbly gassy gloop. I’ve got some chocolate heart sourdough doodle bread on the go downstairs so hopefully I’ll have some yummy pictures by tomorrow…
